    the EU Council Presidency in the first half of 2011, this European Forum of
     SMEs and Co-operative Banks is most intensive devoted to Eastern Europe per
      pectives featuring Hungarian SMEs and co-operative banks. \nAs you will dis
       over in the programme, the Forum will take place in the Parliament building
        of Budapest with distinguished guest speakers, for instance, the Prime Mini
