The Working Group International Desks is responsible for  developing and implementing full cooperation between CIBP members in the field of external services mainly for SMEs. Indeed full support to SMEs cannot be achieved if that support only exists at regional or at national level and does not include international support.

The members of the WG have created this project in order to support the growing demand by customers in different CIBP countries to receive support when undertaking international business. Many banks realise the difficulties involved and face a lack of international network. In order not to lose customers and persuade them to leave behind all fears that might arise when considering undertaking international business, CIBP’s WG on International Desks  boosts  full cooperation between its members in the field of external services by supporting their respective customers in their own countries.

With the aim of achieving such essential goal, members are studying and developing a new business model, and on the other hand, reinforcing the already existing and well-functioning European and international networks.
