The on-line registration site allows you to register all at once for the Congress meetings, hotel lodging, social events and tourist activities offered to the participants and to accompanying persons. It is thus necessary to have carefully read the information provided on this web in order to help you make your choices, prior to proceeding to your registration.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, shortly after having completed your on-line registration.

Deadline

The registration will be open until May 15, 2010. After this date, we cannot guarantee neither the availability of rooms, nor the special rate negotiated, as the timing of the Congress coincides with the peak touristic period in Québec city and with the much sought-after Québec International Summer Music Festival.

Payment

• The Congress registration fee is of CAD 425 or EUR 250. This fee is not reimbursable. It is applicable only to people attending the Congress and not to accompanying persons.
• North American participants can make the payment only by credit card. Participants from other regions can pay only by bank transfer. Banking fees linked to the bank transfer must be added to the meeting fee of EUR 250 at the charge of the participant.

Modification of registration

Any request of modification or cancellation of your personal registration information (adding an accompanying person, adding an activity, changing dates for lodging, etc.) must be directed towards the Registration office, through e-mail or phone.
