As one of the main decision-making bodies of the Confederation, the CIBP Executive Committee meets at least once a year at the premises of one of its members.

On 21-23 October 2009 CIBP held its Executive Committee meeting in Vienna, kindly hosted by Österreichischer Genossenschaftsverband (ÖGV).

The planning for the next Executive Committee meetings is the following:

• 11 March 2010: Athens, kindly hosted by Panellinia Bank
• 9 July 2010: Québec, kindly hosted by Desjardins Group (this event will be organised in the framework of the 27^th CIBP Congress)
